From 2017, organisations in England, Scotland and Wales that have 250 or more employees are required to publish and report specific figures about their UK employees' gender pay gap. The following types of figures must be reported:
- mean (average) and median (the mid-point in a range) gender pay gap in hourly pay
- mean (average) and median (the mid-point in a range) and median bonus gender pay gap
- proportion of males and females receiving a bonus payment
- proportion of males and females in each pay quartile.
Our latest Gender Pay Gap Report sets out more details of our gender pay gap for 2024.
